Import duties (Australian GST) is 10%. Also GST does not apply to 'postage costs' for items mailed from overseas (British VAT is charged as part of the postage cost).
Ebay has has overcharged me import duties on my two recent purchases Order number:
27-12177-53537 (applicable GST should have been 1 pound 99 pence) and Order number:
25-12179-54967 (applicable GST should have been 1 pound 49 pence)
Has anyone lese had this problem? and do you know how to contact ebay to get a refund?
