Hi this is a new one on me. I dropped a evri parcel at my local shop. I dropped two actually at the same time. I went to track them today. One of them on its route. The other one says it hasn’t even been dropped there even though she scanned it at the till and I gave me the blue receipt. Entering the code on the receipt and tracking number code does not work it says not found and the tracking number just says it’s ready to be dropped off. Has anyone had this before. I’m thinking now because it just says it’s ready to be dropped off so I’m not gonna get anywhere with Evri. Any ideas?
