Refund on postage fee taken by eBay

Hi 

 

I thought the simple delivery was for printing the buyers address

i have sold 3 items recently and have paid at the post office postage on items.

see attached proof inc the selling item number written on the postage receipt.

all have been tracked and shown delivered on Royal Mail website.

Refund on postage fee taken by eBay

To mark the items as dispatched open the original Simple Delivery labels.   Then add the new tracking numbers via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser. 

 

If you had buyers paying postage on your listings they will automatically be refunded for the unused labels in 30 days.    You cannot get back the cost of the postage you bought.    If you had free delivery and paid for the original labels yourself you can cancel them here:
