Can't select collection option at checkout

I just bought an item that had a collection option shown but when I go to pay, after selecting collection, I get a message:

Unfortunately, this seller won't send to your location. Please update your delivery address  or contact the seller to request order total.

 

When I try to request total from seller I get:

Items involving vault, Authenticity Guarantee, or exports are not combinable and must be sent separately

 

Customer support told me seller hadn't included some countries or a collection option (which I guess might explain the above) so seller should contact eBay to change it. Seller said was told all is ok with listing after they then contacted customer support.  Not sure who to believe here as it's still not working -  is this maybe an eBay 'glitch'? Seller appears genuine, has positive feedback etc..

Please do believe the seller,  as many are seeing this annoying glitch / tech issue, no one knows the reason it's showing for some.

 

Ask your seller to deselect Evri as a postage option,  and to put your ID on their buyer's exemption list,  see if that helps.

Solution found!

 

Delivery address must not exceed 39 characters including spaces on any line.

 

Mine didn't but by moving just the road name to the 2nd line  & saving as a 'new address' allowed me get to payment checkout.

 

A more experienced eBay customer support person told me to try this as it's a known intermittent bug. The error messages it gives out are very misleading IMHO.
