Items removed because of policy violation

I listed some Hong Thai inhalers which are similar to Vicks inhalers and only contain menthol, camphor, eucalyptus oil and other herbs. Ebay removes them because "Not following Prescription drugs, supplements and OTC drugs policy" and the labels are not in English.The mosr annoying part is there are probably over a thousand listed on ebay that are exactly the same. What is it I am doing wrong?

Presumably, as a private seller, you only have one or two of these, so I'd look to maybe give them away to friends or family who might want them.

These items may be listed by business sellers, who have liability insurance just in case they end up getting sued when somebody has an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients.
