Postage

Can anyone help me I sold an item on Sunday on Monday I arranged a dhl collection for Tuesday but they didn't arrive,they 're arranged for yesterday but still didn't arrive I phoned them and was told it was because my parcel wasn't ready and they would collect today they still haven't been , is there a way I can change the postage to evri instead of dhl  please help

Loads of sellers are having this problem with DHL.     If you use a different courier you'd have to pay for that yourself.   

You might cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list)   and relist for them to buy again.   

If it's an extra large item you may be able to opt out of Simple Delivery to buy your own postage.    Follow the advice on here:
