Closed pages and purchasing from them before they are shut down.

I have ordered an item, now it says that it has been sent and has three more days to arrive, now I know that I am slightly early, but the page I ordered from has been closed down for a policy violation, what do I need to do if the item doesn't arrive as there's no way to contact the seller due to the page being shut down. Would appreciate some info on it just incase I need to speak to someone about it. Many thanks,

You wait for the estimated delivery date to pass and then you open an eBay case for 'Item did not arrive'.

They have now changed the delivery date to another ten days and it was
supposed to be here tomorrow. This is r 😭 annoying.
