Potential buyer wants to test item

I have listed an amp ( collection only ) which am unable to test myself. 
A potential buyer has asked if they can come test it before buying. I think this is fair enough but eBay does not allow me to give out my details.

Is there no way this can be done?

You can't give contact info until item is sold and buyer pays through ebay checkout. 

Buyer comes and inspects item, if happy they give you collection code. 

If not happy you refund money.

No cash on collection.
