Seems like a scam

My seller has provided fed ex tracking which is looking dubious.  The delivery date is 12 Nov so i can't do anything till then.  Is there anything i can do before that date?  The fed ex tracking according to their ai chat can't verify my address to update on the parcel.  This happened to me once before with a fed ex tracking, the parcel was never sent.  The fed ex delivery details were false.  It looks like it's the same type of scam.  Any one else had something like this happen?

You can't start a "not received" case until after the estimated delivery date has passed, but once you escalate the case to ebay (4 days later) you will get a full refund.

Thank you, i thought that would be the case.  I was just hoping there was a quicker way to solve it.  I will just have to wait it out.
