Simple Delivery

Hello, I have used simple delivery for a sale. It's looking like this package may be lost. Does Ebay step in and sort this for me and if so when. Thanks

Simple Delivery

Ask the buyer to open a "Not received” case and to escalate it to ebay after 4 days.   Then ebay will issue a refund and you keep the payment.
