from outside UK

Hello, my account location is Portugal but the system is forcing my items to show as located in the UK.
Can someone help me please to update my account status to “EU Seller based in Portugal” so I can list items as “From outside UK” again?

Try listing on .com.

I don't understand the issue.  I can see your items on .co.uk and they are listed as being in Portugal. 

If you need customer service help with your account you need to ask on .com.
