Evri have marked my purchase as delivered when it has not. No matter what I try to do eBay system only sees it’s marked as delivered and will not let me escalate a claim. I have tried the seller who also only sees it has been delivered. I am slowly edging to starting a county court claim against EVRI for my financial loss. I do note that EVRI cannot supply proof of delivery such as a photo etc probably because it has not been delivered. Has anyone got any ideas or suggestions on a way forward because there is no way to get in touch with a real live person at EVRI.
