Cancel a purchase by international buyer

How do I can cancel a transaction where someone from USA has purchased an item but I haven't said I use the Global shipping system so don't want to ship and they haven't yet paid?

You can either issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days.  More info:

Or issue a cancellation right away using the reason "Something wrong with buyer's address".     You can do that via the dropdown arrow for the item on your orders list.

Put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

And tighten your buyers preferences here.:

tick "Update block settings for active listings" and then save changes at the bottom.
