My customers abroad keep receiving a message that "Seller does not post to your country"

I have been having issues with customers abroad. I am based in the UK and I have set up my account to sell worldwide. However, I have not been able to complete sales from customers abroad as they keep receiving messages such as:

"Unfortunately this seller wont send this item to the Channel Islands UK - Update your address" 

I have tried everything possible to no avail. 

Any ideas?

It seems that eBay have lumped the Channel isles,  namely Jersey and Guernsey,  into Europe.

Check your Site preferences,  link below,  and untick the box beside Europe,  and those buyers should be able to buy and pay you.

Channel Islands are not included when a seller is using Simple Delivery.

 'Bulky items and deliveries to the Channel Islands are currently excluded from Simple Delivery'
