Buyer challenging my descriptions of items sold

I am trying to get clarified as to why the buyer stated the items they bought were not as I described - I have had no direct feedback from the buyer and all eBay will say is the matter has been sorted and case closed

Have ebay issued the refund themselves or has it been taken from you?   If ebay have refunded that means the item was damaged in transit.
