Issue with creating a listing (re item location)

When I try to list item it takes me out of the ebay app into a web browser then I get a message - looks like something is missing or invalid. Item location. Can anyone help with this?

This is an issue many are seeing,  you are not alone.

It has been raised with Community managers who hopefully will return today with an answer from eBay,  as to how to solve this,  or with a workaround , so that a listing can be completed.
