I have bought a pair of Dr Martens sandals which are way too big ! They are my size but massive on the feet.
There is nothing wrong with them but i will never be able to wear them.
The seller has a no returns policy so do i have statuary rights as when buying any item,to return for any reason within 14 days.
The returns policy for 'no returns accepted' are not really clear.
Many thanks,
Steve

When you buy from a private seller (as opposed to a business) you do not have the right to return for any reason within 14 days.
That right is enshrined in consumer law for online sales but does not apply to pirvate sellers - that is why it is perfectly lawful for private sellers to have 'no returns accepted' on their listings.
You are covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee if the goods are faulty, not as described etc.

No returns only applies to change of mind returns. If the size is wrong open a return using "not as described" as the reason and escalate after 4 days. You have 30 days to start the return.
