I've had to cancel a sale because I couldn't include postage to Guernsey. I've updated all exemption lists and followed all instructions. However when I've tried to relist (buyer wants to buy as a buy it now) it's still not calculating the postage. I've spoken to an agent (who said cancel the listing, update preferences and start again, which I've done, but nothing is working...
