Product not arrived and the seller has left ebay

Hi,

I ordered a product as a guest not through my personal ebay account. I have the confirmation email from ebay when ordered. The product has not arrived so i tried to contact the seller. The seller has now left ebay so no way of getting the product or contacting them. When I log in to my personal ebay account the details of the purchase are not there as ordered it as a guest. I want a refund but there is no way of contacting anyone about it as no generic ebay email address or phone number. How do i resolve this ???

If you have problems with that contact ebay using callback on here:

If the seller's account has been suspended by ebay it may not be possible to get a refund through ebay.   If so contact your payment provider and ask them about refund or chargeback.
