seller demanding feedback.

Hi, I am hoping someone can help as Ebay live chat is pretty useless.

I bought an item, no issues and I left positive feedback.

The seller emailed me 3 times soon after to ask me to leave feedback. The email was polite but very annoying. I explained I had already left good feedback.

They emailed me again for the same thing, and again I replied then again this morning a further 3 emails all demanding I leave them feedback.

I am sick to death of this seller contacting me to ask for feedback when I already have done and told them as much. My email account does not allow me to block senders, just send them to a spam folder.

What can I do within Ebay policies to stop this idiot from contacting me?

thanks in advance.

Communication should be by using ebay messages. How is my seller able to use email, which if you block and delete any going to spam is about all you can do.

Sellers cannot demand feedback, and as you can only leave fb once, it does not say much for the seller’s intelligence to keep harassing you.

Have you tried reporting seller  - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/report-issue-seller?id=4022&st=3&pos=1&q...

Hi

yes I have reported the seller, as you say all I can do is have their emails automatically moved to spam.

My email used to allow you to block senders but this feature has changed recently.

I even sent them a SS of the good feedback I left so will have to see what Ebay do if anything.

I appreciate your response, thanks.
