thanks - I managed to click something and requested a call back. I did
get sorted - I cut n pasted the address and put it in desk top speed
dial for safe keeping lol
all this link does is take me to the page where you have to choose what
the issue is, which then takes you to live chat which yet again is
greyed out and not working.
