I've accepted offers on items Ive set up for "buyer pays postage" and twice now its said the buyer paid 0.0 towards postage and I've ended up having to pay it.
Does accepting an offer cancel the buyer pays postage thing?
If you have Simple Delivery enabled the buyer pays postage to ebay and they supply you with the postage label to print and use. So you don't receive the cost of postage.
