Bad seller feel like I ve been robbed

I ve bought an item.. On ebay with wrong address on. 

I ve contact the seller, to update my address... And she was alright to cancel the order and send it to my update address... After waiting for 4 days for her to post the item, I ve let her no, that she could consider my cancellation request.  And return my payment 

Same day she cancel the refund and send it to the wrong address... With untracked  with royal mail.

What can I do? In order to get my refund back?

If you buy on eBay you need to understand the rules.

If your address has changed you should have updated your eBay records accordingly. The seller is required to send items to the address provided by eBay. If you wanted this item to be sent to a different address you needed to enter this when placing your order. You can't simply tell the seller to send it to another address.

Your question is very unclear and confusing, but if you sent the seller a cancellation request and she agreed to this, eBay will have refunded you. There is no way in which she could have taken your refund back. eBay will now regard the transaction as closed.

I don't know, wot you mean? The address was updated on ebay already she
knew wot she was doin
She could just say that cant send my item on the address provided.
And refund my payment
