ebay has permanently restricted my seller account and my payouts of 364 £ are on hold

i am really worried about my payouts of 364£. Ebay had permanently restricted my seller account and my payouts of 364 £ are on hold . Eaby demand invoices of my selling products which i provided as per ebay requirement but they still permanently restricted my account .

i need guidance when my payouts will be released from ebay

You were trading illegally on a private account - that is why Ebay requested invoices from your suppliers for the brand new items you were selling.

They may hold your payment for up to 180 days but you should eventually get paid.
