return items problem

i have been issued with a refund but ebay will not allow me to amend the quantity of the items to be returned so that they will refund me with the full amount of the refund, does any one know how to actually contact ebay to ammend the quantity of the items for return. all i get is a run around and no direct link to print return shipping label. thank you.

If the items were ordered separately you need to open a return claim for each one and have a label for each as well
