Late delivery rate

Dear eBay Customer Support,

 

I am writing to request a review of a recent case where my on-time dispatch status was rejected. According to your notification, the following order was marked as dispatched and delivered late. However, I would like to provide evidence that the item was dispatched on time.

Courier: Royal Mail
Dispatch Date: 15 September 2025

 

The Royal Mail tracking (available on their website) confirms that this item was posted on 15 September, which is within our stated handling time. I believe the issue may have occurred because Royal Mail did not scan the parcel at the point of dispatch, which unfortunately is outside our control.

 

We dispatch all our orders daily and on time. We are confident that the dispatch times for our other orders are also accurate and within the required timeframe. Therefore, I kindly request that you review this case as well as any other similar orders that were marked as late, where the issue may have been due to delayed scanning by the courier rather than actual late dispatch.

 

We take our seller performance very seriously and hope eBay will fairly assess this situation based on the available tracking data.
