Postage Tracking Issue

Hi All,

I have been trying to input the tracking for items I sold and ebay wont let me as it keeps coming up asking me to send Via Evri, I sent these via someone else but it wont allow me to put the tracking in.

What can I do? I keep going on chat asking to speak with someone and i am stuck in a queue.

Generate the original Simple Delivery labels to mark the items as dispatched.   Then try again to change the tracking numbers via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.    That has to be done on a desktop browser. 

The original labels will remain unused and if the buyers paid for them they will be automatically refunded in 30 days.

Hi, thanks for the option, however its only for Evri and Royal Mail this is being sent by UPS as the company i do this with only does it via UPS.

Ill just have to try to speak with someone.

You still have to generate the label as **peaseblossom** says and then change the tracking number,how long eBay will allow this or what restrictions if any they may put on we don't know but i can't see them allowing refunds for postage when simple delivery is compulsory for private sellers
