However, the buyer has not provided any return tracking number in this case. Without a tracking number, there is no proof of shipment, and I have not received the item.
I cannot issue a refund for an item that has not been proven to be shipped or delivered.
Please extend the deadline immediately. You must require the buyer to provide a valid tracking number. Please do not close this case and refund the buyer automatically.
