Hello,

I have a refund deadline of October 7th for this return (Return ID: 5299874646).

However, the buyer has not provided any return tracking number in this case. Without a tracking number, there is no proof of shipment, and I have not received the item.

I cannot issue a refund for an item that has not been proven to be shipped or delivered.

Please extend the deadline immediately. You must require the buyer to provide a valid tracking number. Please do not close this case and refund the buyer automatically.

This is a member to member forum. We can offer advice but can't extend a delivery deadline for a buyer returning an item.

You won't have to refund unless the buyer has uploaded tracking which proves delivery to you.  The case should close in your favour shortly after the deadline.

The only exception would be if you were responsible for providing a tracked label for the buyer to return the item and didn't do that.
