I keep having buyers cancel after running an auction, and after 3 times on a £200+ drone I’m angry,

I keep having people immediately cancel on a £200+ drone , it’s now happened 3 times in a row and I am now officially angry, eBay offers you agree and lost with fees, then it won’t let you edit your say I won’t refund , I believe you shouldn’t be able to win an auction and then just cancel on a caprice, I need the money for something and now it’s a month of wasting my time , and stopping potentially genuine bids

You can issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days to put a non-payment "strike" on their account.   Too many of those and they will be suspended.  More info:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/getting-paid/resolving-unpaid-items-buyers?id=4137&st=

Put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin

And use this link to put a general block on buyers with a history of non-payment, etc.:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

tick "Update block settings for active listings" and then save changes at the bottom.

After 3 auctions ending with non payers,  I would seriously think of listing this item in a Buy it Now format,  with 3 auctions ending a ' ceiling level' of an acceptable price must have been achieved,  so list it for this amount,  and select immediate payment when listing.
