Parcel from USA 'Out for Delivery' every day for 9 days now

The seller in USA has been superb. Not their fault at all.

Just curious as to what this tracking would mean. I copied/pasted only the UK relevant bit:

I have contacted Evri every day but nothing is ever done. Never a call back and the same chat bot details entered each time. I've tried replying to Evri emails too. Nothing happens. Does this mean that my parcel will go back to the USA or is lost?

... and after many reviews regarding this parcel on Trustpilot, I though being a little creative might get a helpful response, but no, didn't work either. Just the usual automatic reply from a bot:

Crime scene tape preventing delivery and body in road
Just a heads-up for you good folk. I'm looking out of my window at a decapitated body right outside my house. There's crime scene tape absolutely everywhere. Nobody's allowed in or out. I think they're still looking for the head. Someone said the dog from next door ran off with a severed foot. I'm guessing the Evri delivery driver might have problems delivering.

Please advise on what to do next. Upon reading this, I just know that your reply will be pertinent and wise. Whatever your advice, I'll act on it right away.

P.S It wasn't me, even though he did play his music rather loud.

Don't get carried away by your games with Evri.

If your item is overdue for delivery, you may need to use eBay's money back guarantee.

How long you're prepared to wait is up to you, but you MUST open a case within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. If you don't, it will be too late and no amount of entertaining emails will make any difference.

Thanks. Fear not, I'm too involved in avoiding another alien abduction attempt (my next Evri review)

I was curious, so this was actually a test. The result: I now know that Evri never read a  single review on Trustpilot. Five words or a hundred. Serious or complete nonsense, it doesn't matter. A bot has no feelings, it can't be upset or happy. That's always good to know. Plus, they will never call me back, even after my 30+ chats. The whole setup is to keep the clock ticking, without them doing a single thing. Nothing is ever escalated either. That's simply said to make customers feel better, until eventually it 'might' arrive.

Whatever, thanks for your reply red_magpie. I do Appreciate it. I'll be patient and give it a good long wait, right up until a few days before the limit. The USA seller is a decent person too.
