Hi , I have refuded a buyer but could not refund the postage, how can I do this?

I have refunded a buyer but was unable to change the amount to include the postage, HELP needed.

If you refunded via an ebay case (not received or not as described) the buyer gets the postage back from ebay.

It looks as if you send using Simple Delivery.

The postage amount is paid directly from the buyer to Ebay and doesn't go through your account so it is not up to you to refund it.

I assume Ebay will repay the buyer - like they used to refund the amount taken as seller's fees - when you put your refund through.

This is an assumption - I am not 100% sure this is what will happen.

If it was a simple delivery case, ebay depending on the type of case opened refund not you. We need more information to give you accurate advise.
