You need to give more information if we are to help you.

If you import items there's import VAT/duty to pay.

Feedback shows you recently bought an item from Pakistan, as said this will incur VAT/ import fees.

Failure to pay these means Fedex may take you court.

Also if not paid, you invalidate ebay MBG.

Most carriers want fees before delivery, Fedex send invoice later.

Oh yes I never imported my package of eBay and I paid postage after I received my package, I received a bill from FedEx which I was to understand would be paid by the seller thank you

The buyer pays the FedEx bill because they are the importer, not the seller.

FedEx pay the fees up front (and pass them on to HMRC) and then expect to receive them back from the recipient (you) along with an admin fee. A seller can't collect these import fees and pay them on to HMRC. they're not in a position to do that.

FedEx will pass it on to a debt collector if it remains unpaid, they're pretty ruthless with this.
