If I advertised a coat with size 48 Italian and the client received the coat as tells me that wants to return it as it doesn’t fit but claims the size is wrong and not is a 48 when on the tittle says 48 and on the photo of the size it says 48, the buyer is saying that size is totally wrong , do I have to refund it? As well he asked for size measurements and I told him I didn’t have the coat in that moment with me but he went still ahead and purchased it , do I have to refund it?

If the label size is wrong you should refund (after getting it back).

If the size of the item corresponds with any labels inside the coat and described with this size on your listing, then you do not have to refund them for the reason ' does not fit' if you have a No Returns policy on that listing.
Some sellers with a No Returns, may still agree to a refund on return of the item, and of course the buyer pays for its fully tacked return postage.
Up to you if you wish to do so, I'd imagine the cost of the return would be quite high for a coat, and may put them off with the return.

Your listing didn't say it was Italian 48 which is UK 38 so a return is in order in my opinion
