I think I've been scammed

I bought a item and cancelled it an hour after because i changed my mind so I requested to cancel i waited 2 days and the 3rd day late evening i got a message saying the seller has refused my request,

But on the tracking was saying not posted 

The following day i checked and the item was up for sale again and when i checked purchase it doesn't say report not received it is now saying return item ive not received it.  I really need help has im £160 quid out of pocket this is punishment for canceling a item ive tried reporting it to eBay over the weekend and im not getting anywhere

Only business sellers are obliged to cancel, private sellers don't have to cancel.

What is the estimated delivery date? As soon as you go one day past it you can open an Item Not Received dispute' Seller has 3 days to resolve, and if they don't. you can escalate your case to ebay.

You open a dispute by going to the item in your purchase history and then the drop down menu on the right, then click on I Didn't Receive it.
