I ordered something from a seller with 10 feedback. I paid for Royal Mail 24 but seller has sent via DPD. Despite having my correct address she has mispelled the road name. I contacted DPD to change it to the correct spelling. They informed me it would not be delivered to the address as it now stands as it doesn't exist and will return to seller. DPD said only the seller can change it. I have asked the seller to change it but she's refusing to saying let it get returned to her and she will post back at her expense! I think she has purposely not posted via Royal Mail as the misspelling of the road wouldn't make any difference as they go by postcode. DPD said they go by street number and name and not postcode so will not be delivered unless she changed to correct spelling. Incidentally to fool Ebay she has created a Royal Mail tracking number so it looks like she's done nothing wrong. I can't contact Ebay no matter how hard i try

You only have 30 days from estimated delivery date to open an official 'Item not received' case below --- follow the instructions carefully and escalate to eBay on day 4 for their assistance in obtaining a refund --- more case options here >

You really don't need to contact Ebay.
Unless the seller has tracking proving delivery to your address, you are covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
If you contacted Ebay Customer Services, they would tell you to wait until one day after the latest estimated delivery date, and then open an 'item not received' case, as advised by @fargvs
You can find the EDD in the email you got from Ebay when you paid.
If you open a case and the item does arrive, you can close the case. You can only lose out if you don't open a case. It doesn't matter if the seller has added tracking - Ebay want proof of delivery, not a tracking number.

What does tracking show for the RM tracking number?
Is that the number that shows against your order?
