So my help and contact doesnt work at all it's been stuck on the same page for 4 days.... cant contact ebay for help. 

Waiting for a refund from a 0 rate who has wrote to me that they are not sending the item and that they are not refunding me. 

Ebay told me 1st of October when I was able to contact them, now they are saying 8th of october for an item not received case even though it's supposed to be 3 working days not 8 days... can anyone get ebay to call me or to contact me here please as the help option doesnt work, it just froze on the have has call you option for days now.

It depends on the latest estimated delivery date showing on your order.

Some dates would help.

Looking at the email you got from Ebay when you paid what is the latest estimated delivery date?

Have you opened an 'item not received case?

You say you have contacted Ebay but do you have an open case?

What date did you open the case?
