Refund

The parcel has not been delivered despite multiple UPS tracking updates claiming “delivery attempts” when no attempt was actually made.  UPS marked a “final delivery attempt,” but no one came to my address. I was at home and available.

 

This is not a genuine delivery, and the item is now at risk of being returned to the sender. I have lost confidence in receiving this order and therefore request a full refund under the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
