Contact eBay Customer Services they should refund you as the option to open any case will not be available for you as the seller's account is closed. Not sure if they'll ask you to wait one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery, as the item may still arrive, but contact them, see what they say.
I strongly recommend waiting until tomorrow morning and wait until 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
