My husband didn't Scan the collection Code when soem heavy stone planters were collected 

how do i mark as Collected please

Ask buyer for code. That is the only way to mark as collected, without this buyer could open a not received case and you would have to refund in full.

You cannot without the  collection code.

Send the buyer a message for them to please send you that 6 digit code,  they'll find this in their order details,  or eBay message,  or email perhaps Spam worth a look.

You can then,  manually add those numbers where it states item collected.
