cant delete or end listings that have Intellectual property policy problems

I have been told the a few items have been hidden because of the Intellectual property policy. This is not who I am so I just want to delete / end the listings but it always fails - please can anyone help please?

I don't believe that you can do anything with the listings. You may need to simply ignore them.
