The verification, when you add a bank account you need to use for Managed Payments, is usually in the form of 2 micro deposits. They are small , only a few pence each and take a few days to arrive.
When they do you confirm them back to eBay through their message or the banner at top of your eBay page asking you to update your account.
If the micro deposits are taking longer than 5 days to appear, contact Customer Services to send 2 more.
Equally, you may just need to contact CS if perhaps they need some other form of verification from you.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
