I hand delivered an item that was supposed to be posted by royal mail but now can't figure out how to mark it as delivered, or for the buyer to mark as recieved.
You can mark it as dispatched by generating the original postage label but without tracking you cannot mark as delivered. In any case you will receive the payment in 14 days. If the buyer paid for postage it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
