Good afternoon, I recently sold item to a customer and shipped the incorrect item due to error. The buyer raised a return request, but I managed to ship the correct item and he received item and has left positive feedback and closed the return. However the fund have not cleared my account and its been more than 3 days now.

Does tracking prove delivery?

 

Opening a return would no doubt fool the system, and if you have not loaded tracking for the correct item, then you will have to wait 14 days.
