Request for Account Review: Unable to Bid Due to Unpaid Items (Error 3061)

Dear [Customer Support / eBay Support Team],

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out regarding the error message I received when attempting to place a bid: "Your account has a history of unpaid items, so you can’t place a bid at this time. (3061)."

I understand this restriction is due to previous unpaid items. However, I would like to explain that there were certain items I chose not to pay for due to some money issue , i will not pay for that items which was i won, unexpected fees, or change in circumstances. I acknowledge the importance of maintaining a good standing, and I’d appreciate an opportunity to have my account reviewed.

If possible, I kindly request that you reconsider the restriction on my account or advise on any steps I can take to resolve this matter and regain full access to bidding.

You are not speaking to eBay here,  but I can save you a phone call to them, no point,  they will not remove any unpaid item strikes from your account,  no matter what the reason.

The strikes last a full 12 months, and sellers do block any member with 2 strikes or more,  from bidding or buying their items.

Nothing you can do, but to find a seller who doesn't have this block in place, and in the meantime don't gain any more unpaid strikes, and your current ones will expire when 12 months lapse.

Probably best not to bid if there's a money issue, it messes sellers around, and this is the result.

The strikes will drop off after 12 months, so if you've 2 strikes so far as soon as the first one drops off you'll be able to bid/buy again.

You are likely to have continuing difficulties in using a UK registered account from Pakistan --- by Default, Import/Export VAT 20% is charged including any additional Shipping /or Duty charges.

Suggest using the International www.ebay.com  site which offers other options including  acceptable Global Banking accounts.           https://community.ebay.com/
