When I listed some items on ebay, I did not realise that my all my items are set to Simple Delivery. When it got sold, I have a prepaid postage label which was automatically taken from the sales. The biggest problem is, my item is only 30grams and I am automatically charged for a 1 kg item. That is quite a lot of difference. Now everytime, I have to contact customer service, ask for a refund for the label not used, and they send me links to do the refund process and links to add the tracking number manually. Before, we can add the tracking number as an option on the drop down list but it was taken by eBay. Why are things that smoothly working before are being taken away and replaced with a system that requires more time and hassle! we are all busy here, come on eBay!
