Buyer claim they received Apple watch, 

This is not possible i

I only had one shown in the listing with serial number shown ,

They opened a return showing a watch with different serial number,

They said that I took photos of a different watch in my listing

What did you sell the buyer?

Was it a watch or something else?

If they open a return case, you should accept it and provide a return label.

Before you do this, message them to ask if they are sure they have got the right seller as you are certain that you did not sell them the item they want to return.

They said I took photos of a different item from elsewhere,

The photos in my listing where fake,

And then sent them the item they have received ,

Why would I do this?

why would have just not photo the item they claim to have received and list and send that?
