no code from buyer

Hi  Any help please 

Sold a product to a buyer on pick up only , when he had picked up and left I realised I hadn't got the collection code from him I have  sent messages asking for the code but am not getting any replies , what do I need to do to resolve ?

If you have asked the buyer for the code with no response, you will have to wait for payment.

Ebay will release your funds 14 days after the sale date, so on day 15.

You cannot do anything if your buyer won't respond.

You need to hope they are honest and don't open a Not received dispute.

You will get your payout in a couple of weeks because ebay will not know if the item has been delivered due to no collection code.
