Calculating postage to the USA is the same as any postage, you need weight size and value. If it is going to take two parcels, then to be honest for your own protection it should be two listings. Contents in two parcels with two different tracking numbers need the package and contents to be easily identified, in case of loss.
Two packages would obviously cost more than one, but otherwise the purchase price cost should be no different.
