Message contains personal or payment details error?

I am trying to respond to a potential buyers question with a single photo and a short text. However eBay keeps blocking my message suggesting it contains personal or payment details.

It doesn't.

Even if I send just a single letter"A," I get the same results. eBay blocks the message and gives me the same error message?

Is it possibly something in the message or photograph that when replying gets picked up?

If so why is it not picked up before you receive the message?

You've put your phone number at the bottom of the message.

eBay do not permit the exchange of contact details before a sale has been made and paid for.

Looks like eBay have blocked any further comms between you and that buyer.
