I attempted to order some items on Ebay and using Klarna, I paid less than £11 for them and I get £11 taken out of my Monzo, thinking it was done but when I went back to the Ebay app, the fricking thing said that the payment method failed!.
I checked Klarna and it said it was "Processing" as it read the following:
"When the merchant (Ebay) processes your order, your payment plan will start."
Like what the hell?!
I have had £11 taken from my Monzo account and yet Ebay haven't even confirmed let alone refunded my money after the payment method failed!
I have reported this to Ebay and now I'm just waiting for their response.
